Bill Swick has served as a Kootenai Electric Cooperative (KEC) director since 2009 and has been the board Chair since 2013. He also represents KEC and other utilities as an officer and trustee for the Northwest Public Power Association, an organization that provides workforce training and advocacy for public power companies in the Western U.S. Before retiring from his professional career, Bill had over 30 years of experience leading investigations of business and government programs, including evaluations of both the U.S. nuclear and electric power industries. Bill earned undergraduate and MBA degrees in business administration and is a life-long resident of the Pacific Northwest. He has been married to Carole for 52 years, and they have two daughters and four grandchildren.
