For residential locations, service will default to the Traditional Residential Rate, unless notified otherwise. For commercial locations, service will default to the applicable Commercial Rate. The owner understands that service may still be disconnected in the event of nonpayment.KEC will not adjust move out or billing dates unless it is determined to be a KEC error or both parties agree on an adjusted transfer date.This Agreement may be terminated by either owner or KEC at any time by providing the other party written or verbal notice of termination. This Agreement shall terminate as to any Service Address(es) listed below upon owner’s sale of such Service Address(es) and shall terminate in its entirety upon the sale of all listed Service Addresses.The owner is financially responsible for all electric charges from the service start date until KEC is notified to transfer service or that owner has sold the property.
