Initial deposit amounts are calculated as follows:
- Two times the highest monthly bill at the service location during the previous 24 months rounded to the nearest $10.00.
- If 24 months of billing information is not available, a minimum deposit of $200.00 is required for residential and general service accounts and $750.00 for commercial and irrigation accounts. Minimum deposits may be adjusted based on the size and use of a building.
