Bylaws

Kootenai Electric Cooperative is governed by a set of rules called bylaws. These bylaws determine how we conduct business. Some of these bylaws also determine our relationship with you, our members. Changes and revisions, if any, are presented to the membership and approved at the Annual Meeting each spring.
